silvery sardines the traditional way.

Then, anchor along the Barrier Reef or venture beyond, and get ready for some serious bottom fishing for some Yellow tails, Mutton, or Silk snappers, groupers, and barracudas. Once you’ve caught enough for a feast, Tacio will take you to a secluded beach, where he’ll grill your catch to perfection.

Full Day Reef Fishing

Lobster Hunting and/or Conch Diving (Seasonal)

Join Tacio on an exciting Lobster Hunting Adventure! During lobster season, dive into the crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean and spearfish for the prized Caribbean Spiny Lobster. Explore coral formations and crevices with Tacio, and catch your own delicious lobster to take back to the beach. After a successful hunt, head to a private beach where Tacio will expertly clean and grill your lobster tails to perfection, served alongside succulent potatoes. Savor the flavors of the Caribbean with this mouthwatering feast, made even sweeter by the thrill of catching your own dinner!

Grab your snorkel gear and come along with Tacio for an unforgettable conch diving experience! You’ll get hands-on guidance on the traditional free-diving technique used by local fishermen, explore the stunning underwater world of Ambergris Caye. Afterward, savor your fresh catch as Tacio and Gian prep and serve a mouthwatering conch ceviche – the perfect start to your sea-filled day!
